Consulting Services Policy

Designauelegant provides professional consulting services rather than physical products. Our services include site assessments, design consultations, reports, and professional recommendations related to landscaping, composting, and soil regeneration.

Service Satisfaction

We are committed to providing high-quality consulting services that meet your needs. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and find an appropriate resolution.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

If we need to reschedule or cancel a service due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to arrange an alternative date or provide a full refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds for consulting services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a service has been completed and delivered, refunds may not be available as the service has been rendered. However, we will consider refund requests in situations where:

• The service was not performed as agreed
• There were significant errors or omissions in our work
• The service was cancelled by Designauelegant

Partial refunds may be considered for partially completed services, depending on the amount of work already performed.

Report and Documentation

Once reports, recommendations, or documentation have been delivered to you, they become your property. However, our intellectual property rights remain protected. We cannot provide refunds for services after reports have been delivered, as the consulting work has been completed.

• Your name and contact information
• Date and description of the service received
• Reason for the refund request or concern
• Any relevant documentation or details

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
